Rage Room VR

Have you ever dreamed of stepping into a real rage room and smashing everything around you with no consequences? With Rage Room VR, an application built in Unreal Engine and tested on Meta Quest 2, that dream becomes reality.

In this demo, players find themselves inside a striking Viking tavern, filled with historical melee weapons ready for action: axes, swords, and hammers. To spice things up, the game even includes two lightsabers. The goal is simple: grab a weapon and destroy everything in sight.

Rage Room is more than just a VR game—it’s also an experimental project. The main idea is to explore whether destroying virtual objects can provide the same satisfaction and relief as destroying real objects. This could make the app not only entertaining but also a potential stress relief tool in professional and workplace environments.

The project is still under development. Beyond the Viking tavern, future levels are planned, including the chance to obliterate a city skyline with a mounted cannon.

If you’re looking to create custom VR applications in Unreal Engine, whether games, simulators, or innovative business tools, this project demonstrates the possibilities of immersive and interactive experiences.
