Mamma Donna Nera is a creative and cultural project by Bousso Benussi Thioune, writer and activist, originally launched as a Wix blog to share poetry, autobiographical stories, and personal reflections. The website, custom-built by me, not only showcases her writings but also serves as an educational platform and a space for exploring life, identity, and the experiences of migrant women.
The project reached its peak with the publication of the Mamma Donna Nera book, funded through a crowdfunding campaign on Ulule, supported by strong social media promotion and coverage in local newspapers such as Il Piccolo.

Over time, Mamma Donna Nera evolved into Femigranti Podcast, a space for feminist and migrant women – both Italians abroad and foreigners in Italy – to share their stories. The podcast is also available in French under the name Fé-mi-grantes Podcast, with inspiring interviews that highlight resilience, strength, and cultural exchange.
The website, available in three languages (Italian, French, and English), is fully optimized for all devices and designed to be easy to update: administrators can publish new blog articles independently, without any technical skills required. I create modern, multilingual, SEO-optimized websites tailored to showcase artistic, cultural, or professional projects. If you want to bring your idea to life online, contact me and I’ll create your website.
