Porta Leone

In 2019, I worked on behalf of my communications company on a web catalogue of all the DOC and IGP wines of Porta Leone, an Italian artisanal wine company. The website has also been translated into 4 different languages.

The project involved studying the company to create a design that conformed to the existing communication, programming the site in WordPress and inserting the entire wine catalogue.

The website is designed to present the company and the family that created it. The site is available in 4 different languages to allow different European and non-European customers to contact the company for B2B purchases.

The site also contains information on the sparkling wine and wine production method, which is innovative in its field, in order to inform buyers about the quality of the product.

Given the large catalogue of wines, it was necessary to design various UI systems to ensure that all of them could be seen without getting lost in the catalogue. Here is the system designed and programmed for the Homepage.

This is an example of the design chosen for the presentation of the individual wines and all their related information, including the food to be paired and the tasters’ analyses. This is followed by a different UI system for selecting a different wine.
